PaisaPani is operated by TunesPay Advertising Private Limited. This page explains how to delete your PaisaPani account and the data associated with it.

Option 1 — Request deletion by email

Email our Grievance Officer, Sumit Pardeshi, at sumit@tunespay.in from the email on your account (or include your registered phone number) with the subject "Delete my PaisaPani account".

We verify the request and permanently delete your account within 30 days. You'll receive a confirmation email when it's done.

Option 2 — Delete in the app

Open PaisaPani → Settings → Clear all transactions to erase all captured and imported transactions from the device immediately. To also remove your account and cloud backup, use Option 1 above.

What is deleted

• Your account record (name, phone number, email).
• Your encrypted cloud backup of transactions, categories, budgets and reminders.
• Any loan/insurance enquiry details you submitted through the app.

What may be retained

We may retain limited records where required by law (for example, transaction logs for tax, accounting or fraud-prevention obligations) for up to 180 days, after which they are deleted. Data already shared with a lending/insurance partner at your request is governed by that partner's own policy.
